This project took quite a lot of terms and revolved around the idea to create flexible small scale affordable housing inside the river which used to be the heart of Gothenburg while now it is currently a dead area. The property market at the time was very unbalanced as the prices were incredibly high compared to other european cities of similar scale and no rental apartments available at all together with a property stock noted being adapted to the average household which is 1.2 people per property. These are the A1-boards of my thesis project.
